Visualization and intelligent design in engineering and architecture II

This book contains some of the most important presentations in the 2nd International Conference on Visulalization and Intelligent Design in Egnineering and Architecture, VIDEA 95, held in La Coruña in June, 1995. A good number of works correspond to practical applications on scientific, engineering and architectural subjects. Also examples of visualization response to dynamic fluid systems or solid mechanics are incorporated because with these techniques, it is possible to represent results of discrete models of finite element, contour element and finite differentials. In all these cases, the advanced visualization has become an efficient alternative to the expensive experimental methods. Disciplines such as urban planning, architecture or earth science are increasingly using these advanced techniques of visualization.
